Through the contribution of our members, VODG forms part of a community of more than 100 values-based organisations, that play a vital role in supporting more than a million disabled adults and children to live full independent lives.
We are excited to announce the launch of the VODG central services benchmarking programme
This proposal leverages VODG’s expertise in managing collective data and intelligence gathering across a broad and dispersed membership, alongside Cordis Bright’s experience with benchmarking.
The focus of the benchmarking is intended to be ‘central services’. This will include:
Human resources
Payroll
Training and professional development
Finance
External communications
Service quality/compliance
IT and digital
Business development
