To ensure the conference includes a wide range of organisations and perspectives, we are initially limiting attendance to two delegates per organisation. This allows us to deliver a balanced and representative event for the entire membership. Additional places may be released closer to the event date, at which point more delegates from the same organisation can join. We recognise that organisations have delegates in multiple networks, which is why the programme includes strong cross‑network elements. But to ensure fair representation across all 145 organisations, we need to prioritise organisational balance in Phase One. Each network will have opportunities to explore the themes further in subsequent meetings.
