This webinar is designed to prepare exhibitors for a smooth and successful experience at the VODG CEO Conference — our largest event to date, with 28 exhibitors and over 130 delegates.

We will guide you through everything you need to know for the day, including key logistics such as set‑up, timings, and exhibition hall arrangements. You’ll also learn when delegates will be in the exhibition space, helping you make the most of peak networking opportunities.

In addition, we will share practical tips on how to maximise your exhibitor package. This includes using the event app to promote your profile, connect with delegates, and arrange meetings, as well as simple strategies to engage attendees effectively during the event and follow up afterwards.

By the end of the session, you will feel confident, well prepared, and ready to make meaningful connections and get the best possible value from your participation.
