Members of VODG who have subscribed to the VODG central services benchmarking programme are invited to participate in an in-depth learning set meeting hosted by VODG in partnership with Cordis Bright.
This meeting aims to provide valuable insights as Cordis Bright will analyse and present key trends derived from the data submitted by subscribers. The focus will be on organisations of comparable size, enabling meaningful reflection and practical implications for each participant. Attendees will have the chance to participate in a Q&A session, fostering an interactive discussion in which they can share their key takeaways from the benchmarking exercise and exchange experiences with peers.
Deep Dive Analysis and Comparison
Before the meeting, all subscribers will receive a copy of the comprehensive report prepared by Cordis Bright. This report will include a detailed analysis of the core data set collected from participants, as well as insights from the deep dive process. The document will highlight both the differences and similarities in central services among the organisations, contextualising these findings within the framework of how various departments function.
