Professional Advisory Clinic | Quality, Culture and Technology

Explore how technology, culture and continuous improvement can work together to strengthen quality, governance and organisational oversight in social care.

We are pleased to invite members to take part in this Professional Advisory Clinic, hosted by VODG Strategic Partner Adaptive Care, offering tailored specialist guidance on quality improvement, organisational oversight, culture and technology adoption.

What is a Professional Advisory Clinic?

A Professional Advisory Clinic is a short, focused 20-minute one-to-one session with a specialist. Think of it as "speed dating with an expert": a dedicated appointment to ask questions, test ideas, explore options and gain practical guidance tailored to your organisation.

Professional Advisory Clinics are ideal for:

  • General enquiries on a particular theme or area of practice

  • Clarifying specific challenges your organisation is facing

  • Exploring opportunities, approaches or potential solutions

  • Gaining quick, practical guidance before committing to more in-depth support

Your conversation is confidential and completely tailored to your needs, ensuring you receive relevant and actionable insights within a short and efficient session.
