As you may have noticed, Digital Social Care has been rebranded as the Digital Care Hub and we have a new website address – www.digitalcarehub.co.uk
The consortium – of which several of you are active members – still continues. We are now called the Digital Care Hub consortium. See About Us on the new website.
The new Digitising Social Care website, managed by NHS England, is also live in beta format at www.digitisingsocialcare.co.uk
This means that some links from your website to the old Digital Social Care website may no longer be working correctly.
We are working through redirects, but it is a little complex as some information previously hosted on Digital Social Care is transferring to the Digital Care Hub, and other information is now on the Digitising Social Care website.
Please note any links going to the previous home page of the Digital Social Care website – www.digitalsocialcare.co.uk – will redirect immediately to the home page of Digitising Social Care NOT to the Digital Care Hub.
