We are pleased to invite senior HR colleagues from across VODG’s membership to an afternoon roundtable in central Manchester. This roundtable and lunch is hosted by VODG Corporate Partners Trowers & Hamlins, alongside VODG's Director of Policy and Influencing, Sarah Woodhouse.
The meeting will focus on the significant employment and HR changes set to take effect in 2026 and 2027. It will provide a unique opportunity to discuss strategies and actions VODG members can take in preparation for the Government’s ambitious agenda on employee rights.
We will cover topics such as changes to day-one rights, statutory sick pay, zero-hours contracts, trade union access, the impact of fair pay agreements, and much more.
