The next meeting of the Marketing & Communications professional network is now open for booking.
We have some great discussion points on the agenda, including storytelling - how can we help learning disabled people to tell their own stories? This is intended to be a "blue sky thinking" session with the aim of helping members with this important area of communication.
Next we have some one-to-one networking time to allow members to engage in the types of conversations that can be tricky in a wider online meeting.
Finally we will also be discussing employer brand. Specifically we will address how to encourage colleagues/ex colleagues to leave postiive reviews on external websites, what have members done to understand what their current emplyer brand is, and how to share your organisation's values to colleagues and external audiences as a way to support the recruitment and retention of staff. Please come to the meeting prepare to discuss your ideas around these questions.
