Roger has led engagement survey projects with over 200 not-for-profit clients including leading INGOs, a number of multilateral/UN agencies as well as UK based organisations. His particular focus is helping senior management teams understand their results and craft appropriate engagement strategies. Before founding Agenda in 2002, Roger worked as a management consultant for 20 years: 10 years with PwC and a similar period with Compass Partnership where his work focused on change management with not-for-profit sector clients.

James works with UK and international clients to help them connect with their people. He has worked with organisations including the Asian Development Bank, English Heritage, IMO, NRC, Shelter and the UN University. He is especially interested in benchmarking studies and the work Agenda does with its partners.
