VODG Digital and Technology Directors' Professional Network Meeting | July 2026

A closed, member‑only session for digital and technology leaders to share honest experiences of HR and finance systems in social care. Using survey insights and peer panels, we’ll explore what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what to do differently next time.

This summer’s VODG Digital and Technology Directors' Professional network is a closed, member‑only session focused on the real experiences of implementing and running HR and finance systems in the social care sector. Drawing on a pre‑session member survey, peer panels, and open discussion, the session will explore what has worked, what hasn’t, and what directors wish they had known before going to market. The emphasis is on practical learning, shared honestly in a trusted space.
