Our aim is to provide a personal and professional service, save you time, save you money and add value to your conferences, meetings and events. We can take care of your every need from sourcing the venue, managing your event, being on site, arranging audio visual equipment and providing team building activities to ensure your event runs seamlessly.
We think creatively, love a challenge and have never failed to find that perfect venue on time – regardless of your brief, complexity and budget! With years of industry knowledge and the ongoing quest to seek out the new and unusual, enables us to offer a wide range of venues.
There are no charges for using our venue finding or accommodation booking service. We work along the same lines as a travel agent, you don’t pay us a penny and our income is generated from the suppliers we work with.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, James started his career working for boyhood football club Leeds United, followed by a career in hotel sales management before becoming founder of Successful Events in 2014. James enjoys spending time with family, meals out, movie nights, walks in the park, and weekends away!
