Whizz Kidz Survey | Suitability of Wheelchairs for Young People

The Whizz Kidz Youth Board, a group of young wheelchair users aged 16-25, is conducting research into the suitability of the equipment provided to young wheelchair users by NHS Wheelchair Services. Please share with your network. This anonomous survey closes on 30 September and takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
