Sir Julian Hartley, Chief Executive, has made two appointments to the CQC’s Executive Team following recent external recruitment. Esther Provins has been appointed as the new Chief Digital, Data and Registration Officer and Chris Usher has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services.
