VODG (Voluntary Organisations Disability Group) is a national charity that represents leading not-for-profit organisations who provide services to disabled people in ways that promote independence, choice and control.
Through the contribution of our members, VODG forms part of a community of over 100 values-based organisations that play a vital role in supporting more than a million disabled people to live full independent lives.

The Government is seeking views on changing the rules for using powered mobility devices, including powered wheelchairs and mobility scooters, on public roads and pavements. The consultation closes on 22 April 2026.
