NHS England Publishes Updated Provider Selection Regime Guidance

Statutory guidance on the Provider Selection Regime has been updated to support relevant authorities to interpret and apply its provisions. It reflects legislative changes in the Procurement Act 2023 and provides a clearer and simpler resource to help commissioners and procurement professionals understand requirements and expectations.
