LGA on the Fair Pay Agreement | Unworkable Without Funding

The Local Government Association (LGA) supports a focus on improving pay in adult social care, but is warning that the proposed adult social care Fair Pay Agreement model is unworkable without adequate funding and local government involvement in the negotiating body.
