I'm a user researcher and am currently trying to reach out to adult social care workforce organisations that haven't heard of the learning and development scheme service to test it out.
I am looking to speak to organisations to learn about what you do/ where you look for available funding to support learning, development and training for your staff. We are a team working on a service to help with this.
We would like to learn what you currently do, what your needs are and invite you to test a service we're currently working on to see if it would help you. We can have a 1 hour call on Microsoft Teams or depending on location we can come to you. We would especially love to hear from you if you are a smaller organisation.
You will receive a £20 digital voucher as a thank you for your time. If you are an employee of the NHS, you are only eligible for a voucher if the research is conducted outside your working hours.
We have 1-hour slots available between 9 November - 12 December and can work around your availability on these dates. If you're interested in taking part or have any other questions about the research, please don't hesitate to ask.
