Learning and Development Funding for Non-regulated Care Staff

The Department of Health and Social Care has confirmed the Learning and Development Support Scheme will continue in 2025/26, supporting care employers to invest in their workforce through funded training opportunities. By helping staff gain new skills and specialisms, care employers help improve the quality of care provided across the whole system.
