Through the contribution of our members, VODG forms part of a community of over 100 values-based organisations that play a vital role in supporting more than a million disabled people to live full independent lives.

Under the deal, junior doctors will receive an additional pay rise averaging 4.05%, on top of the pay uplift they received for 2023-24. The government has also accepted the recommendations of the independent pay review bodies for 2024-2025.
