Julian Hartley Named CEO of Joseph Rowntree Foundation

The board of trustees of the JRF and the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust (JRHT) are pleased to announce that Julian Hartley has been appointed as new Group Chief Executive. Most recently, Julian has led the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
