Important Notes

  • The first time you log in, you will need to enter your email address and then enter the verification code sent to you.
  • You must be included on the event list to access the application. If you try to log in and receive a message saying your email is not found, and you have signed up to attend, please email [email protected].
  • We recommend adding the application to your home screen. As this is a web app, doing so avoids the need to download it from an app store.

Adding the App to Your Mobile Home Screen

iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open Safari and navigate to the app link provided to you.
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the box with an arrow pointing up).
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
  4. Give it a name (or leave the default), then tap “Add” in the top-right corner.
  5. The app icon will appear on your home screen—tap it to launch the app like any other app.

Note: This only works in Safari. If you are using Chrome or another browser on iPhone, please switch to Safari first.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome and navigate to the app link provided to you.
  2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the browser.
  3. Tap “Add to Home screen”.
  4. Give it a name and tap “Add”.
  5. The app icon will appear on your home screen—tap it to open the app instantly.
