On Thursday 18 June the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) issued heat warnings for parts of England. An amber alert is in place for the East of England, South East, South West and London until 20.00 on Tuesday 23 June. Yellow alerts are in place for the West Midlands and East Midlands.
