JobCentre Plus is investing in teams of highly experienced Recruitment Managers to offer comprehensive recruitment support. Their goal is to modernise the current services they offer, ensuring their approach to labour market delivery is segmented and tailored to meet each organisation’s unique needs. By improving hiring practices and leveraging innovative technology, they aim to provide businesses with a more efficient service that targets support where it is most needed by identifying critical factors. 

Their recruitment solutions include assistance with application processes, sifting for suitable candidates, pre-employment training programs, and promoting vacancies to jobseekers who are actively looking for work. Additionally, they can provide Jobcentre Plus offices for interviews (where available) and organise local recruitment events.
