CQC Publishes Report Learning from Independent Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews

The report looks at reviews in 2024 and 2025 and shows that 40% (35 out of 88) of people with a learning disability or autism diagnosis whose care was reviewed, were supported to be able to leave long-term segregation (LTS) through the review process and access more appropriate care.
