Through the contribution of our members, VODG forms part of a community of over 100 values-based organisations that play a vital role in supporting more than a million disabled people to live full independent lives.

Professor Sir Mike Richards has resigned as Chair of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). He has agreed to continue until another Chair can be appointed. The CQC is also in the process of seeking a permanent CEO.
