Cordis Bright | Evaluation of the RLW in Social Care in Wales

The evaluation looks at Wales’ experience of bringing in the Real living Wage for social care workers and lessons for the implementation of the Fair Pay Agreements, for example the importance of strong enforcement, the right funding solutions and recognising pay is only one lever for change.
