DLUP campaign targeted at social housing residents so they know how to complain if they are unhappy with a service provided by their landlord including health and safety issues. This is an England-wide campaign – featuring radio and social media adverts, and online search promotion – that will run until the end of April and builds on the previous campaigns that ran in 2021 and 2022. It will reinforce the message that everyone deserves to live in a home that is safe, secure and well-maintained.
