Building the Right Support Stakeholder Update Forum
We recognise that a strong theme in the feedback received was about attendees not feeling fully involved in the BtRS programme and not having sufficient opportunity to share their expertise and lived experience. We want to reassure you that we are taking this feedback onboard and we are considering how this can be addressed. Specifically, we are looking at how we can build on the BtRS Advisory Group of people with lived experience and how we can better communicate opportunities for involvement to those who are interested.
For the time being, we intend that the purpose and remit of the SUF will continue to be an update forum for stakeholders on the progress of commitments within the BtRS Action Plan.
The public summary note, which provides a summary of the key points of discussion at each BtRS Delivery Board meeting, alongside the SUF meetings will continue to be the two routes whereby progress on the BtRS programme is communicated to stakeholders, particularly given the high number of attendees. We will look at how we can make other groups as inclusive as possible alongside this so that the experience and perspectives of those who join the SUF are captured within the BtRS programme.
We will provide a further update in due course.
Also attached is the slidepack from the SUF meeting which took place on 21 February.

Kind regards,
BtRS Secretariat
