VODG update on sleep in payments following Court of Appeal judgement

The Court of Appeal judgement in relation to the sleep in payments issue will be handed down on Friday 13 July. The following final decisions will be made:

Shannon -v- Rampersad & Anr t/a Clifton House Residential Home
Royal Mencap Society -v- Tomlinson-Blake

VODG will convene a teleconference, led by VODG chair Steve Scown, on Monday 16 July (11.00 to 12.30) in partnership with Trowers & Hamlins LLP. Registration for this important meeting for VODG members affected by the sleep in payments issue is essential via this link.
