VODG to host member event to explore empowered teams and staff cultures

Workforce solutions that seek to improve independence and quality of life are key priorities for VODG members and will be the theme of a member-only event taking place later this month (30 November).

How can we strengthen personalised and empowered teams and staff cultures? What learning, ideas and good practice can be shared between VODG members? How might members with an interest in these approaches wish to work together in the future? Such questions will be discussed at the online event, which is primarily aimed at member CEOs.

Guest speakers will include Edel Harris (CEO, Royal Mencap), Sarah Maguire (CEO, Choice Support). The event will include opportunities for colleagues to share their reflections and learning before exploring how VODG members may wish to work together.
