VODG appoints new trustees to its Board

VODG is today delighted to announce the appointment of two new trustees to its Board.Alyson Stapleton, head of care and supported housing at Hightown Housing Association, and Lorraine Robinson, senior people business partner at Mencap will formally join the Board at VODG’s AGM on 16 November.

Lorraine and Alyson were appointed following the launch of a recruitment campaign in August in which VODG sought to fill two vacancies as well as achieve more balance and representation on the Board and enhance its diversity.

Steve Scown, Chair of VODG, said:

“I am delighted to confirm the appointment of Alyson and Lorraine. Both bring a wealth of knowledge from their respective areas of expertise and their organisation’s area of service provision, as well as a strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
