The Chief Financial Officer at Affinity Trust will play a vital role within the organisation as part of the Executive Team, providing strategic and operational financial leadership, helping to ensure long-term sustainability, effective resource allocation and strong organisational performance. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the postholder will combine strategic financial planning with a hands-on, pragmatic approach, ensuring that finance, performance insight, systems and technology work together to support effective decision-making and better outcomes for the people they support. The role has responsibility for finance, payroll, procurement, performance and business intelligence, technology, and information governance, including acting as Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO).
