Utility Aid is hosting a Utilities Clinic exclusively for VODG members, offering personalised guidance on utility costs, tariffs, billing queries and potential savings.
In partnership with Utility Aid, a VODG partner, we are pleased to invite members to take part in the Utility Bill Review Clinic — a new initiative offering tailored, specialist guidance on utility matters relevant to the social care sector.
An advice clinic is a short, focused 20‑minute one‑to‑one session with a specialist. Think of it as “speed dating with an expert”: a dedicated appointment where you can bring your most pressing questions, test ideas, or explore whether a particular provider, service or approach may be the right fit for your organisation.
Your conversation is confidential and completely tailored to your needs, ensuring you receive relevant, actionable insights within a short and efficient session.
Members are invited to register their interest, after which VODG will allocate a 20‑minute slot between 10:00 and 16:00 on 29 September 2026. As places are limited, we strongly encourage early booking to avoid disappointment. Scheduling and coordination will be managed in partnership with Utility Aid.
We aim to make all sessions as accessible as possible. If you have any accessibility requirements, please indicate these on the booking form. Please note that we may require up to four weeks’ notice to arrange specific adjustments. Closed captions are provided as standard for all online meetings. For any further queries, please contact: [email protected]
