VODG Partner GreenGoals | ESG Professional Advisory Clinic

Utility Aid is hosting a Utility Bill Review Clinic exclusively for VODG members, offering personalised guidance on utility costs, tariffs, billing queries and potential savings.

In partnership with Utility Aid, a VODG partner, we are pleased to invite members to take part in the Utility Bill Review Clinic — a new initiative offering tailored, specialist guidance on utility matters relevant to the social care sector.

What is a Professional Advisory Clinic?

An advice clinic is a short, focused 20‑minute one‑to‑one session with a specialist. Think of it as “speed dating with an expert”: a dedicated appointment where you can bring your most pressing questions, test ideas, or explore whether a particular provider, service or approach may be the right fit for your organisation.

Advice Clinics are Ideal for:

  • General enquiries on a particular theme or area of practice
  • Clarifying specific challenges your organisation is facing
  • Exploring opportunities, approaches or potential partnerships
  • Gaining quick, practical guidance before committing to anything more in‑depth

Your conversation is confidential and completely tailored to your needs, ensuring you receive relevant, actionable insights within a short and efficient session.

About the Utility Bill Review Clinic:

  • The Utility Bill Review Clinic is designed to provide focused, individual consultations with a Utility Aid specialist, helping organisations better understand and manage their utility costs.

  • Rather than a traditional webinar or presentation, this format offers a dedicated one-to-one session where you can discuss your utility bills, energy costs and any concerns around current tariffs, charges or contract arrangements.

  • Each appointment provides the opportunity to receive direct, practical and tailored guidance on potential cost-saving opportunities, billing queries and areas where further investigation may be beneficial, helping you gain clarity and confidence in your utility expenditure.

  • To make the most of the session, please bring a recent utility bill. If any questions fall outside the immediate scope of the consultation, the advisor will ensure you receive appropriate follow-up information, signposting or recommendations for further support where possible.

Booking Process

Members are invited to register their interest, after which VODG will allocate a 20‑minute slot between 10:00 and 16:30 on 22 April 2026. As places are limited, we strongly encourage early booking to avoid disappointment. Scheduling and coordination will be managed in partnership with Utility Aid.

Accessibility

We aim to make all sessions as accessible as possible. If you have any accessibility requirements, please indicate these on the booking form. Please note that we may require up to four weeks’ notice to arrange specific adjustments. Closed captions are provided as standard for all online meetings.
