VODG Learning and Development Professional Network Meeting | March 2026

Bookings are now open for the next meeting of the Learning and Development Professional Network.

We’re kicking off our first session with insights from Keren Jamieson from Alternative Futures and Trudy Kent fom United Response, who will share how their organisations are approaching induction training. After their presentations, we’ll open the floor for Q&A and a group discussion. This is a great opportunity to exchange experiences, highlight effective induction practices, and explore challenges you’ve navigated. We’re especially keen to hear examples of co‑produced or co‑delivered training.

Following a short break, we’re delighted to welcome Andrew Langham‑Clarkson from PossAbilities. Andrew will explore creative and impactful ways to use the Apprenticeship Levy in recruitment—particularly where it has supported unskilled or disabled people to step into key roles.

These sessions promise practical insights, real‑world examples, and plenty of space for shared learning. We encourage you to book your place today.
