Our current series of CEO Breakfasts creates a dedicated space for CEOs to drop in and engage with the latest policy developments, including updates from external speakers, exchange developments, explore challenges, and strengthen collaborative working. These sessions will also offer more frequent updates on VODG’s influencing activity and the issues shaping our sector.

For our July meeting, VODG CEOs will be joined by Phil Holmes, the new president of ADASS (the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services). Phil will share his priorities and plans for the year ahead (including engagement with the Casey Commission). We also have a unique opportunity early in his term to explore areas of collaboration.
By way of background, in his inaugural speech Phil spoke about his commitment to co-production, promoting equity, diversity and inclusion and the importance of stability for the sector.
