Join fellow housing leaders to explore the future of specialist and supported housing. This roundtable will bring together expert insight and peer discussion around the regulatory, financial and strategic issues facing registered providers.
VODG, in partnership with Trowers & Hamlins, is bringing together senior housing leaders from member organisations that are registered providers for an in-person discussion about the opportunities and challenges shaping specialist and supported housing.
Against a changing regulatory and financial backdrop, the roundtable will create space for Housing Directors and senior leads to step back from day-to-day pressures, hear expert perspectives and explore common challenges with peers.
With input from Trowers & Hamlins specialists, the discussion will consider regulation and governance, investment and growth, financial sustainability, housing supply, partnership and risk, and how providers can continue to deliver high-quality homes and positive outcomes for disabled people.
The roundtable is designed to be participative rather than conference-style, with expert insight used to stimulate an open and practical conversation between members.
The session will take place in person at Trowers & Hamlins in London from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm on Tuesday 18 May 2027, with lunch included and time for informal networking and further conversation with peers.
Who should attend: This roundtable is designed for Housing Directors and other senior leaders with strategic responsibility for housing within VODG member organisations that are Registered Providers. This may include Directors and Heads of Housing, Supported Housing, Specialist Services, Property, Assets and Development, as well as other senior leaders whose portfolios include housing strategy, investment, growth or regulation.

Director of Membership and Operations, Voluntary Organisations Disability Group
We want the roundtable to be accessible and welcoming to everyone attending. If you have any access requirements or adjustments that would support your participation, please let us know when booking. This might include communication or information requirements, dietary requirements, physical access needs or other reasonable adjustments.
