Sarah McCormack
Sarah has dedicated 20 years to the health and social care sector, beginning her career as a support worker and advancing to the role of Nominated Individual for a network of complex mental health facilities. In addition to her current responsibilities, Sarah has served as a Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has held the position of Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing Residential, Domiciliary, and Outreach services. Sarah has supported services with inadequate ratings and successfully implemented change and structure to better care delivery and improve ratings. For the past year, she has been working as a care consultant and in business development roles assisting both new and established providers in enhancing and expanding their services.
Kay Mumford
Kay brings almost 20 years of marketing experience to Delphi Care Solutions. Having worked for large and small organisations in a wide range of sectors, Kay found a passion for Health and Social Care marketing in 2021. Kay is a Non-Executive Director at NACAS (National Association of Care and Support Workers).
