Scott McMurray
Scott is a multi-skilled, value driven, experienced health and social care regulator and leader with knowledge and skills gained working across the private and public sector. Educated to Masters level in relevant disciplines, Scott combines both academic and work-based experiences to provide a rounded, solutions focused approach.
Scott is passionate about improving the lived experience and the quality of care provided for people engaging with all health and social care services. Before Joining Delphi Care Solutions, Scott worked as a Mental Health Hospital inspector holding a diverse portfolio of providers. Leading on areas including regular provider engagement, risk-based inspections, overseeing enforcement action and driving quality improvement within services.
Working collaboratively, Scott aims to understand your unique quality priorities, support your service to identify areas of regulatory risk and support your business to develop robust, evidence-based action plans to ensure improvements are made and the people you support experience good quality, safe care.
