About the Role

We are now looking for a Director of Development & Partnerships to help shape and deliver Certitude’s ambitious growth strategy. The role will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging alliances with commissioners, housing providers and strategic partners, and overseeing high-value bids and tendering processes.

The postholder will act as a visible and influential ambassador for the organisation, raising its profile externally while leading and inspiring talented teams across Development and Marketing & Communications. They will also deputise for the Executive Director of Strategy & Development, contributing to Certitude’s broader leadership.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in business development within health, social care or a related sector, alongside strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of learning disability, mental health or autism services. Experience of securing significant contracts, building strategic partnerships, and leading teams to deliver sustainable growth will be essential.
