VODG Central Services Benchmarking Programme

We are excited to announce the launch of the VODG central services benchmarking programme

This proposal leverages VODG’s expertise in managing collective data and intelligence gathering across a broad and dispersed membership, alongside Cordis Bright’s experience with benchmarking.

The focus of the benchmarking is intended to be ‘central services’. This will include:

  • Human resources

  • Payroll

  • Training and professional development

  • Finance

  • External communications

  • Service quality/compliance

  • IT and digital

  • Business development
