Background
Following member feedback, the purpose of the survey was to benchmark members' existing systems and provide valuable insights into the specific software applications across various operational models. By collecting this data, we have produced a comprehensive supplier schedule that will be of enormous benefit to members when tendering for new services or exploring alternative solutions.
Gareth Germer, CEO, and Eddie Erasmus, Head of Technology at Chailey Heritage Foundation, generously drafted the survey and applied their expertise to analyse the responses.
