Our next meeting will address topics of utmost importance to this group, including digital transformation. We are delighted to welcome back Mark Salway, Lecturer in Charity Accounting and Financial Management at Bayes Business School, who will be joined for the first segment, dedicated to financial systems and digital transformation, by Paul Sparkes, Commercial Director at iplicit. Mark and Paul's presentation will be followed by an interactive group discussion on the themes raised.
Next, Stuart McKay, a partner at MHA, will conduct an informative session on the fundamentals of VAT and tax for charities. Stuart will delve into the complexities of these topics and highlight the potential pitfalls and associated opportunities.
Lastly, Nicola Ford, Group Director of Finance at Avenues and VODG co-chair, will lead a session focusing on fee uplifts, providing valuable insights and guidance.
