VODG has begun work on Reframing Commissioning with Collaborate. There are numerous ways to get involved, but since this topic has previously been discussed at the Finance Directors’ lunch and professional network meetings, we are keen to provide space for Chief Finance Officers and Finance Directors to share their unique insight on the effective commissioning of VCSE organisations and what needs to change to make sure the system is fit for the future.
Members are therefore invited to an online conversation on 21 May, 11am - 11.45am.
During the session we will be gathering your insight on issues including:
