Paul Silvester | Workshop Session

Paul Silvester has twenty years of experience in successfully developing and managing services and projects, both capital and revenue for disabled people and their families. Paul Silvester was the first paid employee of the organisation. He has been instrumental in leading the organisation from a turnover of £8,000 per annum to a current annual turnover in excess of £1.5 million with an asset base currently valued at over £4 million.

Alongside this, he has led the organisation to a position where it is now employing 34 staff, the majority of whom started as either volunteers, apprentices or through work programmes. He has supported and encouraged them to fulfil their potential. Every week, he is fully responsible for overseeing service delivery to over 1000 beneficiaries ensuring all delivery meets individual need and expectations, is of the highest quality and is closely monitored and evaluated to ensure it is meeting the needs of our funders, stakeholders and community members.
