February Events for Frontline Managers
The National Care Forum (NCF) and VODG in Partnership with Skills for Care (SFC) are holding two free events in February 2012.
Promoting quality through the workforce: The way ahead for social care development and regulation.
- To provide managers with an understanding of the wider social care policy context and tools to assist them in supporting frontline staff improve the quality of service delivery
- To promote an understanding of the new regulatory and monitoring framework and its implications for staff development
