This practical and free workshop will explore innovative ideas to consider in reducing staff costs and provide a forum for VODG members to share experiences and practices both good and bad.
Lawyers from Anthony Collins will provide input to:
- Help you identify areas where significant costs savings can be made.
- Assist you in understanding the legal issues relating to specific changes (rest breaks, minimum wage, pension consultation, TUPE).
- Equip you to tackle the changes in a way that complies with your legal and contractual obligations.
- Help you implement changes in a way that minimises the impact on staff morale.
