Dimensions

Dimensions supports people with learning difficulties across the UK to live the lives they want by providing individualised support packages for people living in their own homes, support for people living in shared housing, and registered residential care.

Dimensions also supply transitions support services for 16 - 25 year old young people with a learning difficulty, support for people to find and maintain accommodation, short breaks, and support for people to access employment and leisure opportunities.
