Think Local Act Personal
The Think Local, Act Personal Partnership (TLAP) is comprised of over 30 national and umbrella organisations including the VODG, representing the broad interest in personalisation and community-based support. These organisations, through joining this Partnership, have committed to supporting a small central team in working to improve practice in six priority areas; as well as advising and influencing government and other bodies. The National Market Development Forum
The National Market Development Forum, which includes workforce dynamics, is a work stream of the Think Local, Act Personal partnership. Chaired by Bill Mumford (CEO MacIntyre and Chairman of Voluntary Organisations Disability Group) it has been charged with the task of considering how to facilitate many of the outcomes set out in Making it Real.
