VODG Governance
VODG is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. Each full member is classified as a voting member and elects the Board. Associate Members are non-voting members. Current Board Members (The Trustees) are as follows:
- Chair: Bill Mumford, Chief Executive, MacIntyre
- Vice-Chair: Graham Faulkner, Chief Executive, National Society for Epilepsy
- Treasurer: Peter Thompson, Chief Executive, mcch
- Trustee without Portfolio: Lucy Hurst-Brown, Chief Executive, Brandon Trust
- Trustee without Portfolio: Anne Roberts, Chief Executive, Crossroads Care
- Trustee without Portfolio: Paul Woodward, Chief Executive, Sue Ryder Care
- Trustee without Portfolio: Richard Hawkes, Chief Executive, Scope
Staffing
The VODG is led by volunteers who work at a senior level within the member organisations. In addition to this the VODG has a General Secretary, John Adams and additionally uses short-term specialist staffing as required.
